How it works

By using the latest Genome Editing technology CRISPR/Cas9, we can now easily edit your DNA. But if you want to CRISPR a genome (DNA), the first thing that we have to do is damage your DNA. The damage comes in the form of a double string break trough the double helix. Then the cellular repair processes kick in, and then we convince those repair processes to make the edit that we want. The new DNA injected contains 3 parts: the Cas9 protein, a guide RNA and a little dose of Cis Platin. The Cas9 also damages your DNA, but to help make the process go faster and to quicker see the physical results we are going for, we added the dose of Cis Platin.

The guide RNA, is your edited mix of DNA, that you want to change. A guide RNA is really easy to design, because it only contains 20 letters. That part, is what’s modular in the system: everything else stays the same. This makes it a remarkable easy and powerful system to use. So the guide RNA, the Cas9 Protein and the Cis Platin, are referred to on our website as the DNA Capsule.

This DNA Capsule are bouncing around the genome, once they are injected. When they find a spot in the DNA where the guide RNA matches, it inserts between the strings of the double helix, rips them apart. That triggers the Cas9 protein to cut the DNA. It then uses another chromosome to repair it, and your DNA is restored. With CRISPR, you can add another value to this chromosome, and by that way you can edit your DNA.


Injections Explained

Our DNA injections work kind of the same as adding insulin or steroids to your body. By ordering your newly edited DNA, you will receive an injection pen. This pen already contains your DNA Capsule. What you have to do, is to stick the needle of the pen in your thigh. Slowly inject the substance into your body. The Cis Platin in the DNA Capsule will trigger a form of Apoptosis, with kills your old DNA. Cells divide by 2 a day, so after 3 months you will see the first effects of your new DNA.
